Paulius Grendelis

Paulius is a member of Motieka & Audzevičius’s Dispute Resolution practice group, and he represents natural persons and corporate entities in pre-litigation matters, litigation, and the enforcement of judgments.

Paulius has been involved in complex litigation procedures related to IP infringements, indemnity, and shareholder disputes, and he has contributed to several spectacular wins at trial and in the Supreme Court of Lithuania. He focuses primarily on intellectual property law, competition law, and clients in the financial services, construction, and real estate industries.
