His practice also encompasses issues related to the recognition and enforcement of the judgments of foreign courts and arbitral awards by EU and CIS-region courts.

Dmitrij has also won the highest awards in Lithuania’s moot courts, in matters involving intellectual property, tax law, and regulatory technology. He is also a lecturer of legal theory at the Mykolas Romeris University and has authored papers on the topics of international commercial arbitration and the multi-jurisdictional aspects of dispute resolution in the EU.
