Represented Vilnius City Municipality

Our team has represented Vilnius City Municipality and their building maintenance services provider in a dispute with the Public Procurement Office.

The case related to a request to cancel the public procurement committee’s decisions and annul the contract between the municipality and the company. The company was entitled to provide hot water and heating to the kindergartens and schools of Vilnius. The court dismissed the charge as the approval of it would have led to the detriment of the public’s interest. Approval of the public procurement committee’s decisions could have led the client to a supposed loss of more than 29 million euros.
