Represented the former management of a pharmacy company

Our firm has successfully represented the former management of a pharmacy company in the Court of Appeals.

The case concerns one of the biggest claims for the natural persons regarding financial damaged caused due to poor performance of the executive functions. Creditors claimed that the former management should pay over EUR 7 million as reimbursement of damages, which allegedly our client caused due to poor performance of the executive functions. Attorneys of our firm proved that the actions taken by the executives were legal and did not cause any damages and highlighted the fundamental flaws in the requirements of the claimant.

The case is forming a significant precedent, which concerns the creditors’ scope to require personal responsibility from executives in the case of company’s insolvency.
