Represented bio-fuel producer in the international commercial arbitration court

Our team has represented one of the biggest Lithuanian bio-fuel producers in the international commercial arbitration court in London.

The case was based on UK law, thus extensive knowledge of it was necessary in order to successfully perform the arbitration process. The tribunal has solved the case in favour of bio-fuel producers and has satisfied all the raised demands. The arbitration award was also fully recognized by the Court of Appeals of Lithuania.
