Represented Gazprom, a major player of international energy industry

Our team has represented Gazprom, a major player of international energy industry, before the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania.

In this case, the company requested to reopen proceedings in a competition case heard by the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania. The Court emphasized that the matter of the proceedings themselves is one of a kind and the case was focused on exceptional factual circumstances. Even though the Court stated, that questions regarding interpretation of law are sounded, exceptional factual circumstances in the Court’s opinion prevail when content of contested administrative acts and decisions of national courts are considered.
