Represented a client in a creditor case

Our team represented a client in a case, requesting that the debtor’s obligation be recognised as joint and several obligation of his spouse and himself. This case was completed in favor of our client; however, a person who is related to the debtors and happens to be their creditor sought to initiate renewal of litigation, arguing that he had to be involved into the said proceedings as the judgment had an effect on his rights.

The court recognised such claims to be unfounded and dismissed the request to renew proceedings in the tried case.
