Kesko Senukai acquires pan-Baltic e-commerce business

Our corporate lawyers advised the client on the acquisition of one of the leading pan-Baltic e-commerce businesses.

We have represented the client in negotiations with the vendors of the target, coordinated and performed due diligence, drafted transaction documentation and supervised the implementation of conditions precedent to completion of the acquisition. This deal required swift cooperation by team members located in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn, as well as representation with public institutions and banks regarding necessary permissions.

This acquisition will enable Kesko Senukai to strengthen its positions as one of the leading e-commerce operators in the Baltic States and integration with the acquired target may result in new achievements in the e-commerce market.
