Partnered with a leading Russian law firm, Motieka & Аudzevičius secured a victory in cassation instance of a complex case involving matters pertaining to trademark infringement and the central question of who was the true trademark holder. After an intense fight, our team, together with our Russian partners, successfully persuaded the Russian Court of cassation instance that the formalistic arguments for leaving the client’s claim unexamined were baseless and ill-founded.
