Defended the interest of the construction company

The lawyers of our firm defended the interest of a company building a shopping mall against the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of Environment.

The State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of Environment appealed to the court in order to cancel the construction permit issued for the company to build a commercial building in Vilnius. The successful representation led by our firm of the company in the court led to the favorable resolution of the case to our client.
