Assisted in completion of the buyout of Brolis Semiconductors shares from Litcapital

Our team has assisted the client in completion of the buyout of Brolis Semiconductors shares from the private equity fund Litcapital.

The transaction started in 2015 and was successfully completed by Brolis Group (a company owned by strategic investors Eksma, Sviesos konversija, financial investors and management).

Brolis Semiconductors is a flagman of Lithuanian semiconductor products.

Our team participated in the process which included negotiations with private equity investors, resolution of financing issues and other complex legal advice.
