Advised the Privatisation Agency of Serbia

Our lawyers advised the Privatisation Agency of Serbia at the Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration in a dispute against one of the largest alcohol producers in Lithuania.

The case concerned the extension of an arbitration clause and the determination of damages pursuant to Serbian and Lithuanian law. The Arbitration Court acknowledged that the alcohol producer was in violation of the privatisation contract and awarded the client in the region of 10 million euros compensation.
